The IBU Youth and Junior Biathlon World Championships 2025 continued this Saturday in Östersund, Sweden, with a 6km/7.5km sprint race for youth women and youth men. Check out the results.

The IBU Youth and Junior Biathlon World Championships 2025 continued this Saturday in Östersund, Sweden, with a 6km/7.5km sprint race for youth women and youth men. Check out the results.

Martine Skog, from Norway, and Lukas Tannheimer, from Germany, took first place in the youth 6km/7.5km sprint races at the IBU Youth Junior Biathlon World Championships in Östersund, Sweden. Complete results from the youth event.

YOUTH WOMEN – 6KM SPRINT

Martine Skog, from Norway, showed her form and won the 6km sprint race with a total time of 19:07.1 and clean shooting (0-0).

Louise Roguet, from France, snagged second place, 17.5 seconds back, and one missed shot (1-0). Ilona Plechacova, from the Czech Republic, completed the podium in third place, 25.8 seconds behind the winner and two missed shots (1-1).

  2. Louise Roguet (FRA), (1-0), +17.5

YOUTH MEN – 7.5KM SPRINT

Lukas Tannheimer, from Germany, showed his form and won today’s 7.5km sprint race with a total time of 18:56.3 and one missed shot (0-1).

Leo Carlier, from France, snagged second place, 14.8 seconds back, and one missed shot (0-1). Tov Roeysland, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 17.1 seconds behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0).
