The IBU Cup season 2024/2025 continues today in Obertilliach, Austria, with a 15km mass start 60 race for men. After a solid battle in the men’s event, Johan-Olav Botn, from Norway, won the race.

The IBU Cup season 2024/2025 continues today in Obertilliach, Austria, with a 15km mass start 60 race for men. After a solid battle in the men’s event, Johan-Olav Botn, from Norway, won the race.

Johan-Olav Botn, from Norway, took first place today in the men’s 15km mass start 60 race in Obertilliach, Austria, with a total time of 39:18.5 and four missed shots (2-1-0-1).

Isak Frey, also from Norway, snagged second place, 10.7 seconds back, and three missed shots (0-0-3-0). Johannes Dale-Skjevdal completed the Norwegian podium in third place, 17.2 seconds behind the winner and four missed shots (1-0-2-1).

After Obertilliach, the biathlon IBU Cup heads to Germany (Arber), Brezno-Osrblie (Slovakia), Italy (Open European Championships in Martell-Val Martello and IBU Cup in Ridnaun-Val Ridanna). Then, the 2024/2025 IBU Cup season ends with two stages in Estonia (Otepää).
