The IBU Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Idre Fjäll, Sweden, with a 10km pursuit race for women. After a fast day on the tracks and shooting range, Norwegian biathlete Ida Lien won the event with a solid performance.

Ida Lien, from Norway, took first place in the 10km women’s biathlon pursuit race in Idre Fjäll, Sweden, with a total time of 32:24.6 and four shots missed (1-0-2-1).

Anna Weidel, from Germany, snagged second place, 35.8 seconds back, and two missed shots (0-1-1-0). Camille Bened, from France, completed the podium in third place, 1:22.7 behind the winner and 5 misses (1-0-1-3).

After Idre Fjäll, the biathlon IBU Cup heads to Norway (Geilo), then Austria (Obertilliach), Germany (Arber), Brezno-Osrblie (Slovakia), Italy (Open European Championships in Martell-Val Martello and IBU Cup in Ridnaun-Val Ridanna). Then, the 2024/2025 IBU Cup season ends with two stages in Estonia (Otepää).
