The IBU Youth and Junior Biathlon World Championships 2025 continued this Thursday in Östersund, Sweden, with a 12.5km/15km individual race for junior women and junior men. Check out the results.

The IBU Youth and Junior Biathlon World Championships 2025 continued this Thursday in Östersund, Sweden, with a 12.5km/15km individual race for junior women and junior men. Check out the results.

Celia Henaff, from France, and Sivert Gerhardsen, from Norway, took first place in the junior 12.5km/15km individual races at the IBU Youth Junior Biathlon World Championships in Östersund, Sweden. Complete results from the junior event.

JUNIOR WOMEN – 12.5KM INDIVIDUAL

Celia Henaff, from France, showed her form and won the 12.5km individual race with a total time of 34:05.05 and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

Amandine Mengin, also from France, snagged second place, 22.5 seconds back, and one missed shot (0-0-0-1). Fabiana Carpella, from Italy, completed the podium in third place, 1:05.6 behind the winner and one missed shot (0-0-0-1).

  2. Amandine Mengin (FRA), (0-0-0-1), +22.5

JUNIOR MEN – 15KM INDIVIDUAL

Sivert Gerhardsen, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s 15km individual race with a total time of 36:54.5 and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

Kasper Kalkenberg, from Norway, snagged second place, 1:22.6 back and one missed shot (0-0-0-1). James Pacal, from Switzerland, completed the podium in third place, 1:35.1 behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

  1. Sivert Gerhardsen (NOR), (0-0-0-1), 36:54.5
  2. Kasper Kalkenberg (NOR), (0-0-0-1), +1:22.6
