The biathlon IBU Cup season 2025/2026 continued today in Brezno-Osrblie, Slovakia, with the women’s 7.5km Sprint. Check out the results.

After a solid performance, France’s Paula Botet claimed the win at the IBU Cup in Slovakia.

Paula Botet (FRA) took first place in the 7.5km Sprint race in Brezno-Osrblie, finishing in 20:25.3 and with clean shooting.

Gilonne Guigonnat (FRA) placed second, 1.8 seconds back, with one missed shot. Samuela Comola (ITA) completed the podium in third place, 5.1 seconds behind the winner and with no misses.

After Brezno-Osrblie (Slovakia), the IBU Cup continues in Sjusjøen (Norway) for the IBU Open European Championships. The post-championship stages include another weekend in Sjusjøen, before two final weeks of competition in Lake Placid, USA.
