The Ski Classics Challengers event, Moraloppet, is taking place this Saturday, January 17, 2026, from Oxberg to Mora, Sweden.

Moraloppet, a 42km long-distance skiing event, part of the Ski Classics Challengers series, is taking place this Saturday, January 17, in Sweden.

For the 2026 edition, Moraloppet starts at Oxberg and follows the Vasaloppet Arena all the way to the finish at Mora Ski Stadium. Participants ski around Oxberg Lake to Vasslan, then return via the Vasaloppet track to Oxberg, continuing toward Mora Ski Stadium, the same course as Vasaloppet 45.

As the Moraloppet 42km race is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team-registered athletes can earn points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.
