The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Ruhpolding, Germany, with the 12.5km mass start competition for women. After a solid performance, Elvira Öberg, from Sweden, won the race.

Elvira Öberg, from Sweden, took first place today at the women’s 12.5km mass start race in Oberhof with a total time of 33:00.5 and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).

Franziska Preuss, from Germany, snagged second place, 25.0 seconds back and one missed shot (0-1-0-0). Jeanne Richard, from France, completed the podium in third place, 25.4 seconds behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0-0-0).
