The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Kontiolahti, Finland, with the 7.5km sprint race. After a solid performance in the women’s event, Marketa Davidova, from the Czech Republic, won the race.

The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Kontiolahti, Finland, with the 7.5km sprint race. After a solid performance in the women’s event, Marketa Davidova, from the Czech Republic, won the race.

Marketa Davidova, from the Czech Republic, took first place today at the women’s 7.5km sprint race in Kontiolahti with a total time of 20:39.7 and clean shooting (0-0).

Elvira Öberg, from Sweden, snagged second place, 8.8 seconds back, and two missed shots (0-2). Suvi Minkkinen, from Finland, completed the podium in third place, 11.9 seconds behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0).

Then, the 2024/2025 World Cup season ends in Oslo (Norway).
