The elite roller ski biathlon event attracted a strong international field to the city center. In a race full of action, Vetle Sjåstad Christiansen, from Norway, clocked a winning time of 13:31.9.

Eric Perrot, from France, finished in second place, 1.0 seconds behind the winner. Sturla Holm Lægreid, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 5.0 seconds back.
