Norwegian biathlon star claims 15km Mass Start victory in Holmenkollen

The biathlon World Cup season 2025/2026 concluded today in Holmenkollen, Norway, with the men’s 15km Mass Start. Check out the results.

After a solid performance on the tracks and at the shooting range, Norwegian biathlete John-Olav Smoerdal Botn secured the Mass Start victory in Norway.

John-Olav Smoerdal Botn, from Norway, claimed first place in the 15km Mass Start race in Holmenkollen, finishing in 37:15.6 and with clean shooting.

Philipp Nawrath, from Germany, finished second, 3.7 seconds back, and with clean shooting. Eric Perrot, from France, completed the podium in third place, 13.7 seconds behind the winner, and with two missed shots.
