The biathlon World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Hochfilzen, Austria, with the 7.5km sprint race. After a solid performance in the women’s event, Franziska Preuss, from Germany, won the race.

Franziska Preuss, from Germany, took first place today at the women’s 7.5km sprint race in Hochfilzen with a total time of 21:06.0 and one missed shot (0-1).

Sophie Chauveau, from France, snagged second place, 7.7 seconds back, and clean shooting (0-0). Karoline Offigstad Knotten, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 10.1 seconds behind the winner and clean shooting (0-0).

Then, the 2024/2025 World Cup season ends in Oslo (Norway).
