The Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen, a 40km long-distance roller ski race in classic technique, took place today in Värnamo, Sweden. Check out the results.

The Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen, a 40km long-distance roller ski race in classic technique, took place today in Värnamo, Sweden. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event Värnamorullen saw Alvar Myhlback and Jenny Larsson, both from the Lager 157 Ski Team, win the race with solid performances.

Men’s Race – 40km

In the men’s competition, the winner was Alvar Myhlback, Lager 157 Ski Team, with a total time of 1:27:58.6.

Vebjørn Moen, Team Eksjöhus, finished in second place, 33.9 seconds behind the winner, followed by Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, 34.0 seconds back, and completing the podium in the third position.

  2. Vebjørn Moen, Team Eksjöhus, +33.9
  3. Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, +34.0

Women’s Race – 40km

In the women’s race, Jenny Larsson, Lager 157 Ski Team, with a total time of 1:44:51.8, won in a tight sprint ahead of Johanna Hagström, Ulricehamns IF, in second place.

Hedda Bångman, eD system Vltava Fund Team, 0.9 seconds behind the winner, finished in third place.
