Alvar Myhlback secured first place in the junior men’s 10km interval start race in classic technique for Sweden at the Planica cross-country skiing World Championships. Results from the interval start race.

Alvar Myhlback secured first place in the junior men’s 10km interval start race in classic technique for Sweden at the Planica cross-country skiing World Championships. Results from the interval start race.

Alvar Myhlback, from Sweden, took first place at the Planica junior 10km interval start race in classic technique with a total time of 23:05.9. The Swedish cross-country skier was followed by Isai Naeff, from Switzerland, 52.4 seconds back, in second place.

Mons Melbye, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 56.8 seconds behind the winner. 

Jørgen Nordhagen, from Norway, and Niclas Steiger, from Switzerland, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
