The Gällivare season opener concludes today with a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique, and you can follow all the action live on SC Play from 9:20 CET with English commentary.

Gällivare, Sweden, hosts one of the first major traditional cross-country skiing competitions of the 2025/2026 winter. The weekend began on Friday, November 21, with a sprint race in classic technique. On Saturday, November 22, athletes took on a 10km classic interval start, and on Sunday, November 23, the program concludes with a 10km freestyle race.

All races will be streamed live – and available on demand – on SC Play, which holds exclusive broadcasting rights in every country except Sweden. Kjell-Erik Kristiansen will provide English commentary throughout the weekend.
