Engadin La Diagonela in Switzerland will take place this Saturday. Lager 157 Ski Team has announced that two of their stars will miss the event.

Ski Classics Pro Team athletes are already in Switzerland preparing for Saturday’s Engadin La Diagonela. However, the Lager 157 Ski Team confirmed that two of their skiers will not take part in this weekend’s competitions.

Oskar Kardin is expecting a new addition to his family and is therefore staying home. Emil Persson, who also missed the opening race weekend in Bad Gastein, will also skip Engadin La Diagonela.

“Emil is still not ready to race for the same reason as before Christmas, as his body is not responding in training and competition the way he wants,” the Pro Tem wrote on Instagram.
