Nordenskiöldsloppet 2025

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Nordenskiöldsloppet, took place last Saturday with a 220km long-distance skiing race in classic technique at Jokkmokk, Sweden. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in Sweden, Nordenskiöldsloppet, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Johan Lövgren, Vännäs SK, and Sofia Lindberg, Robertsfors IK/Team Edux, won their respective races with solid performances.

Nordenskiöldsloppet – 220km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner, Johan Lövgren, Vännäs SK, completed the race in a time of 11:54:43.9.

Klas Nilsson, Exsitec Ski Team/Skellefteå XC, finished in second place, 9:34.8 behind, followed by Øyvind Moen Fjeld, Kjelsås IL/Sportsidioten.no, completing the podium in third position and 13:54.7 back.

Nordenskiöldsloppet – 220km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, the winner was Sofia Lindberg, Robertsfors IK/Team Edux, completing the event in a total time of 13:08:38.3.

Caroline Olsson, Trafikverket FF/Bruse Sauerland Ski Team, finished in second place, 1:02:10.4 back, followed by Jenny Ramstedt, NackaVärmdö SK/Bruse Sauerland Ski Team, 2:04:07.8 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.
