The Ski Classics Challengers event Tana-Varangerrennet is an 80km long-distance race in classic technique, taking place this Saturday, March 23, in Tana, Norway.

Tana-Varangerrennet is a long-distance skiing event in Tana, Norway, for the fifth edition as a competition and 26 years as a skiing event without timing. It now joins the Ski Classics Challengers circuit for the upcoming edition this weekend.

The Local Organizing Committee is pleased to be joining the Ski Classics Challengers circuit:

“An 80km classic race in beautiful surroundings along the Varanger fjord. It might be the northernmost ‘long’ ski race on the mainland and one of the longest races in Norway. As one of the few ski races in the World, you can see the shore (the Varanger fjord) while skiing on the tracks.”
