Syverinsen and Ådlandsvik winners of Trysil Skimaraton 2024

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Trysil Skimaraton, took place this Saturday with a 42km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Østby, Norway. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Norway, Trysil Skimaraton, saw a fierce battle for the podium places. Henrik Haugland Syverinsen, Lyn Ski/Team Kaffebryggeriet, and Lene Ådlandsvik, Sørskogbygda IL, won their respective races with strong performances.

Trysil Skimaraton – 42km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Henrik Haugland Syverinsen, Lyn Ski/Team Kaffebryggeriet, with a total time of 1:52:45.0.

Henrik Vik Tolo, Team Synnfjell, finished in second place, 1:23.0 back, followed by Henrik Olimb, Jevnaker Idrettsforening Ski, 3:14.0 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

Trysil Skimaraton – 42km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner, Lene Ådlandsvik, Sørskogbygda IL, completed the race in a time of 2:17:26.0.

Karen Marie Håkonsen, YC RØR Sjusjøen Ski Team, finished in second place, 5:18.0 behind, followed by Lin Iren Saetre, Nybergsund IL, completing the podium in third position and 10:17.0 back.

As the Trysil Skimaraton 42km race is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.
