Solène Faivre and Antoine Auger winners of Marathon International de Bessans 2024

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Marathon International de Bessans, took place this Saturday with a 30km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Bessans, France. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in France, Marathon International de Bessans, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Solène Faivre, i3 Ski Team, and Antoine Auger, Team Nordic Expèrience, won their respective races with solid performances.

Marathon International de Bessans – 30km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, a complete podium with Pro Team athletes. The winner was Solène Faivre, i3 Ski Team, with a total time of 1:30:15.

Hanna Fine, Team Vercors Isère, finished in second place 20 seconds back, followed by Capucine Richon, i3 Ski Team, 3:28.0 behind the winner, and completed the podium in third place.

Marathon International de Bessans – Top 5 Women

  1. Solène Faivre, i3 Ski Team, 1:30:15.0
  2. Hanna Fine, Team Vercors Isère, +20.0
  3. Capucine Richon, i3 Ski Team, +3:28.0
  4. Léonie Harivel, Team Nordic Expérience, +7:26.0
  5. Suzette Christin, i3 Ski Team, +7:25.0

Marathon International de Bessans – 30km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner Antoine Auger, Team Nordic Expèrience, completed the race in a time of 1:19:49.0.

Matis Leray, Team Nordic Expèrience, finished in second place, 0.1 seconds behind, followed by Benjamin Marguet, Team Vercors Isère, completing the podium in third position and 0.2 seconds back.
