About the Role

As Media Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Pro Tour, creating engaging Social Media content that brings the excitement of Ski Classics to fans worldwide. You will travel with the Tour to all events during the season, capturing the atmosphere on site and turning it into stories that resonate across our digital channels.

The role can be tailored depending on the right candidate’s availability:

  • Full-time
  • Season contract (December – April), or
  • Part-time (weekends only, event-based)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Ski Classics’ presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube)
  • Produce engaging live event content — photos, videos, stories, and reels — showcasing the Pro Tour in real time
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts before, during, and after events
  • Work closely with Ski Classics crew, Pro Team athletes, Pro Teams, events and Ski Classics partners to amplify stories and reach
  • Assist other accredited media on site when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in managing social media for sports, events, or lifestyle brands
  • Excellent skills in content creation — especially video and short-form formats
  • A creative storyteller with an eye for visuals, trends, and a passion for the sport
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, live-event environment
  • Flexible and willing to travel across Europe for the Pro Tour
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A true passion for skiing and sports media is highly valued

We Offer

  • The chance to be part of the World’s leading long-distance ski tour
  • Travel to iconic destinations across Europe with the Ski Classics Crew
  • A dynamic role at the intersection of sports, media, and live entertainment
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and scope (full-time or part-time)
