Stian Berg leaves Team Kaffebryggeriet but hopes to keep racing next season. What will be the new Pro Team for the Norwegian athlete?

The Norwegian Pro Tour skier, Stian Berg, has won the Ski Classics Green Sprint bib overall twice, announced that he is leaving Team Kaffebryggeriet, and hopes to join another Pro Team for Season XV.

Stian Berg was top 20 in two Pro Tour events during Season XIV, with 13th place at Bad Gastein Criterium and 19th place at La Venosta Criterium. Berg finished Season XIV in the 39th position overall at the Champion competition.

Stian Berg announced the news on his Instagram account:

“That’s it, KB🤝 My time in Team Kaffebryggeriet is over. Thank you for five great years!

It has been quite a journey where I have been able to develop into who I am today, and I am very grateful for that! Big kudos to everyone in and around the team who dared to bet on me and took me along in the team’s development! I wouldn’t have had two greens without TKB. And I most likely would not have had such a good and safe skiing career in the last five years. TKB became the game changer from all-round to a long-distance career where we turned gray into green. And it’s cool!💚

Thank you for all the work, arrangements, time, energy, effort, and cooperation that have been put in so that I have had the opportunities that I have had. I am left with an insane amount of good memories, experiences, travels, competitions, sessions, smiles, experiences, and knowledge after these five years!

Thank you to all sponsors, partners, skiers, support staff, and people who have done their part in their own way for good experiences for me on the ski track for Team Kaffebryggeriet! Thanks!

The future is uncertain, but I hope to see you on the slopes next season as well.”
