The Ski Classics Challengers event, Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Skating, took place this Sunday with a 37km long-distance skiing race in freestyle technique in Dobbiaco/Toblach, Italy. Check out the results.

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Skating, took place this Sunday with a 37km long-distance skiing race in freestyle technique in Dobbiaco/Toblach, Italy. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Italy, Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Skating, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Federica Sanfilippo, Grupo Sportivo Fiamme Oro, and Giuseppe Montello won their respective races with convincing performances.

Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Skating – 37km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, a sprint finish decided the top spots in the race. The winner, Federica Sanfilippo, Grupo Sportivo Fiamme Oro, completed the race in a time of 1:32:29.3.

Felicie Chappaz, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, finished in second place, 0.4 seconds behind, followed by Coralie Bentz, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, completing the podium in third position and 0.5 seconds back.

  • Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Skating – 37km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Giuseppe Montello, with a total time of 1:21:54.0.

Gérard Agnellet, Haute Savoie Nordic Team, finished in second place 0.1 seconds back, followed by Victor Lovera, Ski Nordique Chartreuse, 2:14.3 behind the winner, and completed the podium in third place.
