For the first time, an Individual Time Trial will take place in Visma Ski Classics. The 10km La Venosta Time Trial on January 15, starts in Kapron and finishes at Melago Alm.

"Working with a weather-dependent sport, we always have to be prepared with a new plan if we face too little snow, too much snow, or like in recent years, an ongoing pandemic. This is no news to our organization and something we have to work with almost every season. We have been wanting to try out the Time Trial format, the plan was last weekend, but we changed to the mass start format for the Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge, and now is a great opportunity when we saw no way to organize a normal long-distance race in the area."
