The Ski Classics Pro Tour continues its journey with the third event of Season XVII: Engadin La Diagonela. On Saturday, January 17, 2026, the spotlight shifts to the high-altitude beauty of the Engadin Valley, Switzerland, for a 55-kilometer long-distance event from Pontresina to Zuoz.

The Ski Classics Pro Tour continues its journey with the third event of Season XVII: Engadin La Diagonela. On Saturday, January 17, 2026, the spotlight shifts to the high-altitude beauty of the Engadin Valley, Switzerland, for a 55-kilometer long-distance event from Pontresina to Zuoz.

Engadin La Diagonela has been a cornerstone of the Pro Tour since its introduction in Season IV. After many seasons, the event has become a favorite among athletes and fans for its stunning landscapes, high altitude exceeding 1.800 meters above sea level, and unparalleled atmosphere.

As the competition heats up in Season XVII, all eyes will be on who can conquer the altitude and tactical demands of this prestigious event.

La Saireda Roseg and La Sfida – Ski Classics Challengers

During the weekend, there are also more events. La Saireda Roseg became part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit last season and once again is on the calendar, this time with a 9km mass start competition in classic technique on Thursday, January 15, 2026.  

La Sfida, the race in freestyle technique of Engadin La Diagonela, became part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit during Season XV, with an attractive 28-kilometer course from Zuoz to Silvaplana, Switzerland. The next edition will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

Apart from the Pro Tour and Challengers events, the Local Organizing Committee also offers the 25km long La Pachifica and a shorter 6km long event, La Cuorta, both in classic technique.
