The Ski Classics Challengers event, Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Classic, took place this Saturday with a 42km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Dobbiaco/Toblach, Italy. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Italy, Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Classic, saw Pro Team athletes dominating the podium places.

Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Classic – 42km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Amund Riege, Team Ramudden, with a total time of 1:45:39.8.

Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, finished in a close second place, 0.1 seconds back, followed by Francesco Ferrari, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, 0.7 seconds behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

Granfondo Dobbiaco/Toblach – Cortina Classic – 42km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner Heli Heiskanen, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, completed the race in a time of 2:00:31.1.

Stefania Corradini, Team Internorm Alpenplus Trentino, finished in second place, 1:58.4 behind, followed by Oda Nerdrum, Team Kaffebryggeriet, completing the podium in third position and 3:28.5 back.
