Nygaard reigns supreme at Birkebeinerrennet 2024

Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, won the 54-kilometer-long Birkebeinerrennet today from Rena to Lillehammer in Norway. His fourth Birken win, the third in a row.

Andreas Nygaard, Team Ragde Charge, won the Ski Classics event Birkebeinerrennet with a powerful sprint finish. Nygaard completed the 12th stage of Ski Classics and the final Grand Classics event, Season XV, in a total time of 2:23:55.2. 

Second place, after a fight to the line, went to Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, 1.3 seconds back. A remarkable performance from Max Novak, Team Aker Dæhlie, granted him the third position on the podium, 11.2 seconds behind the winner.
