The Ski Classics Challengers event, Tana-Varangerrennet, took place this Saturday with an 80km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Tana, Norway. Check out the results.

After a day of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Norway, Tana-Varangerrennet, saw Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, and Franziska Skogsholm, Åsila Skilag, winning their respective races with solid performances.

Tana-Varangerrennet – 80km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Johan Hoel, Team Ragde Charge, with a total time of 3:56:15.0.

Mathias Aas Rolid, Team Ragde Charge, finished in second place, 0.1 seconds back, followed by Henrik Arntzen Joks, Team Næringsbanken Stora Enso, 4.0 seconds behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

  2. Mathias Aas Rolid, Team Ragde Charge, +0.1

Tana-Varangerrennet – 80km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner, Franziska Skogsholm, Åsila Skilag, completed the race in a time of 4:58:54.0.

Julie Trosten, IL Forsøk, finished in second place, 24:49.0 behind, followed by Lone Johanne Nilssen, Sirma IL, completing the podium in third position and 28:10.0 back.
