Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, won the 70-kilometer-long Marcialonga that took place today from Moena to Cavalese in Italy.
The Visma Ski Classics Challengers event is a 45km long-distance race in classic technique and takes place this Saturday, February 19, in Kvam, Norway.
Furusjøen Rundt-rennet runs in a fantastic terrain on Kvamsfjellet, located at the entrance to Rondane National Park, one of Norway’s most beautiful mountain areas.
Every year approximately 600-800 long-distance cross-country skiers take part in Furusjøen Rundt-rennet in two distances: 45km and 20km, both in classic technique. The 45km event is part of the Visma Ski Challengers series and a seeding race for Vasaloppet and Birkebeinerrennet.
The Furusjøen Rundt-rennet program, start list, and final standings can be found here when available.
On Saturday, participants of the 44km classic event collect points for their SC Ranking, as seen on MyPages.
