The Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Alta Skimaraton, took place today with a 42km long-distance race in freestyle technique in Alta, Norway.

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Alta Skimaraton, took place today with a 42km long-distance race in freestyle technique in Alta, Norway.

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Arctic Alta Skimaraton, saw Finn-Hågen Krogh, Tverrelvdalen IL, Ida Finjord, Alta IF, winning their respective races with solid performances.

Arctic Alta Skimaraton – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner, Finn-Hågen Krogh, Tverrelvdalen IL, completed the race in a time of 1:54.00.

Daniel Strand, Alta IF, finished in second place, with a total time of 1:55:44, followed by Gjermund Løfald, Rindal IL, completing the podium in the third position and a time of 1:58:05.

  2. Daniel Strand, Alta IF, +1:44

Arctic Alta Skimaraton – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Ida Finjord, Alta IF, with a total time of 2:35:27. 

Anne Strand Bjørnstad, Alta, finished in second place, with a time of 2:37:18, followed by Linda Opgård Pedersen, Alta, with a total time of 2:37:55, and completing the podium in the third position.
