Les Belles Combes in France is celebrating its 41st anniversary on January 20 and 21, 2024. On Saturday, we will see the start of the freestyle races (15km & 30km) and a relay event (20km). 

On Sunday, all races will be held in classic technique, with the crown jewel race being the marathon. This is part of several challenges at regional, national, and international levels, including being part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit. Besides the 42km marathon, 23 and 15km races are also offered on Sunday, in classic technique.

Ski Classics Challengers event

Les Belles Combes, a Ski Classics Challengers event in France, is a 42km classic long-distance race in Les Moussières, in the middle of the Haut Jura Nature Parc. Registrations for the event are now open!

The event takes place in the magical ‘Hautes Combes,’ offering tracks through beautiful landscapes, only one hour drive from Geneva, Switzerland, and 1.5 hours from French cities like Lyon, Annecy, and Besançon.

The event has over 40 years of tradition. With exceptional snow conditions in the area and perfectly groomed tracks, the Local Organizing Committee is ready to welcome recreational and professional skiers alike.
