The Ski Classics Challengers event Ring Frei starts in less than a month. The freestyle roller ski race will take place on August 27 in Salzburg, Austria.

Where once stars like Michael Schumacher, Keke Rosberg, Jochen Rindt, Niki Lauda, Gerhard Berger, Helmut Marko, and many others took their first rounds in race cars and motorcycles, Ring Frei, a Ski Classics Challengers event on roller skis with 42km for men and 30km for women, both in freestyle technique, takes place at the Salzburgring.

The Local Organizing Committee promises a fun event program with several sports offered to participants and spectators in the narrow alpine valley close to the city of Salzburg.

Ring Frei is a Ski Classics Challengers event. Pro Team registered athletes can collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.
