The Ski Classics Challengers Ring Frei will be held in less than a month. The long-distance skiing event in freestyle technique will take place on August 25, 2024, in Salzburg, Austria.

On Sunday, August 25, the long-distance roller ski race Ring Frei will take place in Austria and for another year as a Ski Classics Challengers event.

Where once stars like Michael Schumacher, Keke Rosberg, Jochen Rindt, Niki Lauda, Gerhard Berger, Helmut Marko, and many others took their first rounds in race cars and motorcycles, Ring Frei, a Ski Classics Challengers event on roller skis with 42km for men and 30km for women, both in freestyle technique, takes place at the Salzburgring.

For those who think that 42km is too much, a 21km roller ski race and inline skating competitions can be chosen. The organizers promise a fun event program offered to participants and spectators in the narrow alpine valley close to the city of Salzburg.
