OnePartnerGroup Ski Marathon Östersund 2024

The Ski Classics Challengers event, OnePartnerGroup Ski Marathon Östersund, took place last Sunday, January 28, 2024, with a 42km skiing race in classic technique in Östersund, Sweden.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Sweden, OnePartnerGroup Ski Marathon Östersund, saw a fierce battle for the podium places. Alba Björnsdotter, Team Ramudden, and Markus Hallén Johansson, Offerdals SK, won their respective races with strong performances.

42km Women’s Race

In the women’s event, the winner, Alba Björnsdotter, Team Ramudden/Funäsdalens IF, completed the race in a time of 2:13:56.1.

Sofia Haglund, IL Varden Meråker, finished in second place, 4:59.8 behind, followed by Alexandra Nilsson, Järpens SK, completing the podium in third position and 9:42.9 back.

  3. Alexandra Nilsson, Järpens SK, +9:42.9
  4. Hedda Samuelsson, Östersunds SK , +9:51.5
  5. Josefine Söderqvist, Storvreta IK, +16:06.5

42km Men’s Race 

In the men’s competition, the winner was Markus Hallén Johansson, Offerdals SK, with a total time of 1:54:18.5.

Oskar Algotsson, Åsarna IK, finished in second place, 1.4 seconds back, followed by Joel Andersson, Team Eksjöhus/IFK Mora SK, 2.9 seconds behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.
