Beatty and Carlyle Winners of Sovereign 2 SilverStar Classic

The Visma Ski Classics Challengers event Sovereign 2 SilverStar Classic took place this Saturday with a 40km race in classic technique in Vernon, Canada.

The Visma Ski Classics Challengers event Sovereign 2 SilverStar Classic took place this Saturday with a 40km race in classic technique in Vernon, Canada.

At the end of the day, the Visma Ski Classics Challengers event saw Dahria Beatty and Jack Carlyle win the race with outstanding performances.

In the women’s race, Dahria Beatty, Whitehorse Ski Club, with a time of 2:18.01.2, won ahead of Mariah Bredal, Bozeman, in second place. Katherine Stewart-Jones, Nakkertok Nordique, finished in third place.

In the men’s competition, the winner was Jack Carlyle, Soo Finnish, with a time of 2:02:36.9, in a close sprint finish with Remi Drolet, Black Jack, in the second place. Scott Hill completed the podium in the third position.
