NENT New Media Partner In Finland

Visma Ski Classics Pro Tour kicks off this weekend in Orsa Grönklitt, Sweden. The season XII edition contains of 14 events in 12 weekends. NENT is the new media partner in Finland and will broadcast all events live on Elisa Viihde Viaplay.

Visma Ski Classics Pro Tour kicks off this weekend in Orsa Grönklitt, Sweden. The season XII edition contains of 14 events in 12 weekends. NENT is the new media partner in Finland and will broadcast all events live on Elisa Viihde Viaplay.

NENT group has been a partner to Visma Ski Classics for several years already broadcasting the Pro Tour in Denmark and Iceland. For this season, NENT has increased its engagement in long distance skiing, not only with the agreement for the Finnish market, but also for Lithuania and Estonia (all events except Tartu Ski Marathon), in addition to Denmark and Iceland.

”We look forward to this cooperation with NENT Group in new countries, Finland in particular being one of our most important markets. We believe Visma Ski Classics will be a valuable addition to their significant investment in winter sports. And in this way, the Finnish Elisa Viihde Viaplay will be a great platform for us, where people will naturally go to watch cross country skiing,” says David Nilsson, the CEO of Visma Ski Classics. 

“We’re thrilled to be able to add yet another important winter sports competition to our extensive sports portfolio. At the same time this event brings together not only the top athletes but also regular exercisers which makes it completely unique.  We’re happy that we can bring VISMA Ski Classics exclusively to all of our viewers in Finland,” says Ville Klinga, VP Head of Sports Finland, NENT Group.
