Norwegian superstar powers to 10km freestyle gold at Milano-Cortina 2026
The Milano-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics continued today for the cross-country skiers in Val di Fiemme, Italy, with the men’s 10km interval start event in freestyle technique. Check out the results.
Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, delivered a commanding performance, claiming Olympic gold in the 10km interval start race in freestyle technique – complete results from the men’s event.
Klæbo crossed the finish line in a winning time of 20:36.2, claiming the gold medal.
Mathis Desloges, from France, secured the silver medal, finishing 4.9 seconds back, while Einar Hedegart, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 14.0 seconds behind the winner and secured the bronze medal.
Harald Østberg Amundsen and Martin Løwstrøm Nyenget, from Norway, rounded out the top five, finishing fourth and fifth, respectively.
