You can now apply to take part in the Fjällräven Polar expedition of 2026. Applications close on November 24, don´t miss out on this unique experience!

Fjällräven Polar is a 300km dog sledding expedition across the Scandinavian Arctic. Following Fjällräven’s mission to inspire people to spend more time in nature, this expedition proves that, regardless of previous experience, anyone with the right equipment, knowledge, and support can enjoy the outdoors – even in Arctic conditions.

When is Fjällräven Polar 2026?

The Fjällräven Polar 2026 expedition will take place from Friday, March 27, 2026, to Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Where does Fjällräven Polar take place?

The expedition begins in the Jukkasjärvi area of Swedish Lapland, approximately 17 kilometers east of Kiruna. Participants will travel north through Sevujärvi, Kattuvuoma, Råstojaure, and Pältsa – one of Europe’s most significant areas of permafrost – before finishing at the edge of the Norwegian fjords in Signaldalen.

How to apply?

You need to complete two steps:

  1. Fill out the Fjällräven Polar 2026 application form. To apply for Fjällräven Polar 2026, an application must be filled out with basic personal information. This step is mandatory, and applications will not be processed unless it is complete.
  2. Complete the challenge. In a video that’s three minutes or less, tell about who you are now and how Fjällräven Polar could potentially change your life. Post it to your public Instagram and/or TikTok account tagged @fjallravenofficial, #FjallravenPolar2026, and #FromHereToPolar2026.
