Toppidrettsveka starts this week. Check the complete calendar of competitions for Norway’s renowned roller ski event.

Scheduled to take place from August 22 to 24, 2025, this year’s edition of the Toppidrettsveka offers three days of events for traditional cross-country skiing athletes, long-distance skiers, and activities for children and young people.

Since its inception in 2005, Toppidrettsveka has flourished into one of the World’s largest and most important summer ski competitions. Each year, it attracts a star-studded international field that rivals the stature of a World Cup event. Toppidrettsveka represents a meaningful opportunity for many top-tier athletes to reunite and compete following the World Cup final last winter.

Long-distance race 53km for men/32km for women from Knarren Brygge to Fillan, Mass Start, Classic Technique

  • 17:40 CET: Men’s start at Knarren Brygge
  • 18:00 CET: Women’s start at Knarren Brygge
  • 19:20-19:50 CET: Finish at Fillan
  • 20:00 CET: Prize giving ceremony

Sprint, Freestyle Technique

  • 17:40 CET: Start qualification – Women
  • 17:50 CET: Start qualification – Men
  • 19:20 CET: Start quarter finals
  • 20:10 CET: Start semi finals
  • 20:35 CET: Start final – Women
  • 20:45 CET: Start final – Men
  • 20:50 CET: Prize giving ceremony

4km Heats Mass Start, Freestyle Technique

10km Pursuit, Classic Technique
