The Junior and U23 World Championships 2025 continued today in Schilpario, Italy, with a 20km mass start race in classic technique for junior women and junior men. Check out the junior men’s results.

Lars Heggen, from Norway, took first place in the junior men’s 20km mass start race in classic technique at the Junior and U23 World Championships in Schilpario, Italy. Complete results from the junior men’s event.

Lars Heggen, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s 20km mass start race with a total time of 51:12.1.

Gabriele Matli, from Italy, snagged second place, 9.1 seconds back. Leopold Strand, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 9.4 seconds behind the winner. 

Jakob Elias Moch, from Germany, and Filip Skari, from Norway, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
