The IBU Open European Championships season 2024/2025 continued today in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a 20km individual event for men. After a fast day on the tracks and shooting range, Isak Frey, from Norway, won the event with a solid performance.

The IBU Open European Championships season 2024/2025 continued today in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a 20km individual event for men. After a fast day on the tracks and shooting range, Isak Frey, from Norway, won the event with a solid performance.

Isak Frey, from Norway, took first place today in the men’s 20km individual race in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a total time of 54:10.7 and two missed shots (1-1-0-0).

Fredrik Muehlbacher, from Austria, snagged second place, 31.7 seconds back, and one missed shot (0-0-0-1).

Emil Nykvist, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 47.2 seconds behind the winner and one missed shot (0-0-0-1).

After the Open European Championships in Martell-Val Martello, the biathlon IBU Cup heads to Ridnaun-Val Ridanna, also in Italy. Then, the 2024/2025 IBU Cup season ends with two stages in Estonia (Otepää).
