Kristine Stavås Skistad secured first place in the women’s sprint race in freestyle technique for Norway at the Trondheim cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the sprint race.

Kristine Stavås Skistad, from Norway, took first place at the Trondheim sprint race in freestyle technique with a total time of 3:04.71. The Norwegian cross-country skier was followed by Linn Svahn, from Sweden, 0.15 seconds back.

Emma Ribom, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 0.16 seconds behind the winner. 

Jessie Diggins, from the United States of America, and Victoria Carl, from Germany, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
