Sweden secured first place in the women’s team sprint race in freestyle technique at the World Championships in Planica. Results from the women’s team sprint race.

Sweden, with Emma Ribom and Jonna Sundling, won the team sprint today at the World Championships in Planica, with a total time of 19:40.7. Norway, with Anne Kjersti Kalvå and Tiril Udnes Weng, finished in second place, 2.42 seconds behind the winners.

United States of America, with Jessie Diggins and Julia Kern, completed the podium in third place, 5.33 seconds back. 

Germany (Laura Gimmler and Victoria Carl), and Switzerland (Anja Weber and Nadine Faehndrich), round out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
