The summer season is the time for transitions, and this year several skiers have changed ski brands ahead of the 2022/2023 winter season.

Mattis Stenshagen, who won the Scandinavian Cup overall in the 2021/22 season, has switched from Rossignol to Fischer.

Before the summer holidays, the long-distance skiers Astrid Øyre Slind and Ida Dahl signed with Fischer.

At the same time, Frida Karlsson and Johannes Høsflot Klæbo will continue with Fischer. The duo has extended their agreements with the Austrian ski manufacturer for two and four years, respectively.

But Fischer also lost two strong athletes: American Julia Kern and British Andrew Young have signed with Atomic.

Atomic has also agreed with Sweden’s promising young skier Georg Ersson, who made his World Cup debut this winter and with the Finnish talent Ville Ahonen.

The Swiss sibling Nadine Fähndrich and her brother Cyril Fähndrich are moving from Peltonen to Salomon next season. Nadine Fähndrich delivered several solid performances in the World Cup and the Olympics this winter, especially in sprints.
