Palmberg and Hilmersson winners at Craft Ski Marathon 2026

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Craft Ski Marathon, took place this Sunday with a 42km long-distance ski race in classic technique in Grönklitt, Sweden. Check out the results.

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Craft Ski Marathon, took place this Sunday with a 42km long-distance ski race in classic technique in Grönklitt, Sweden. Check out the results.

After a day full of action at one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in Sweden, the Craft Ski Marathon, a fierce battle for all the podium places ensued. Ultimately, Ida Palmberg, Högbo GIF, and Hugo Hilmersson, Göteborgs Skidklubb/Göteborgs SK, won their respective races with solid performances.

Craft Ski Marathon – 42km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, Ida Palmberg, Högbo GIF, was the winner, completing the event in 2:10:02.6.

Tova Andersson, Team Ramudden/Östersunds SK, finished in second place, 2:09.2 back, followed by Madelene Nord, Bruse Sauerland Ski Team/DPONLY Ski Club, 2:14.4 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

  2. Tova Andersson, Team Ramudden/Östersunds SK, +2:09.2

Craft Ski Marathon – 42km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner was Hugo Hilmersson, Göteborgs Skidklubb/Göteborgs SK, completing the race in a time of 1:53:02.6.

Gabriel Strid, Team GS8/IFK Mora SK, finished in second place, 2.0 seconds behind, followed by Konrad Mattsson Myhr, Åsarna IK/Östersund Ski Academy, who completed the podium in third position, 2.8 seconds back.
