Kangaroo Hoppet 2025

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Kangaroo Hoppet, took place on Saturday, August 23, with a 42km long-distance ski race in freestyle technique in Falls Creek, Australia. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event Kangaroo Hoppet saw Rosie Fordham and Phillip Bellingham winning their respective races.

Kangaroo Hoppet – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Rosie Fordham, with a total time of 1:40:41.5. 

Maddie Hooker finished in second place, 10:28.1 back, followed by Katerina Paul, Team BSV IBEX, 14:39.8 behind the winner and completing the podium in third position.

Kangaroo Hoppet – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner was Phillip Bellingham, completing the race at a time of 1:32:55.7.

Seve de Campo finished in second place, 8.6 seconds back, followed by Bentley Walker-Broose, completing the podium in the third position and 4:36.1 behind the winner.

As the Kangaroo Hoppet 42km is a Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes can collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.
