In September and October, the Ski Classics Challengers series had its last three roller ski events of the year, the Autumn Classics Båstad-Mölle, Klarälvsloppet, and Energamo Lipnolopet. Check out the SC Ranking before the start of the Ski Classics Pro Tour Season XVI in December.

The SC Ranking saw many changes after Båstad-Mölle on September 14, Klarälvsloppet on September 22, and Energamo Lipnolopet last weekend on October 5. Still, Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, leads the SC Ranking, the global ranking system for long-distance skiers, while Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, is closer than ever to the top in second place.

After the roller skiing season, the Swedish Pro Team athlete Emil Persson, Lager 157 Ski Team, keeps the lead, with 25.914.004 points. 

In the SC Ranking, the global ranking system for long-distance cross-country skiers, Emil Persson is followed by Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, in second place with 25.906.053 points. Ida Dahl, Team Engcon, is in third place with 25.349.402 points.

Among the Top 10, three Pro Team athletes are from Sweden, and seven are from Norway.

SC Ranking – Top 10

Get to know how the SC Ranking system works!

The SC Ranking points are calculated on the percentual time as the skier is behind the winning time in their gender with an exponential drop of points. This makes it possible to create one single ranking for both women and men, professional and recreational skiers. 

Each skier can include results from their best 12 races within 24 months. The woman or man with the most points will have the #1 rank. In a Ski Classics Pro Tour event, the winning woman and man receive 2.000.000 points; in a Challengers event, the winners collect 500.000 points.

For the Pro Team athletes, Podium Bonus Points are also awarded to the top three skiers in each gender. A Pro Tour event winner gets 200.000 points, 2nd place brings 100.000 points, and 3rd place awards 40.000 points.

As a registered user, you can filter places based on nationality, age group, and gender by using the Filter Tab on the view set on your page.

Everyone participating in Ski Classics, Pro Tour or Challengers events, recreational and professional skiers can connect their profile to the Ski Classics results database, called MyPages.

MyPages can be connected when registering as a member of the Ski Classics online community ProXCskiing.com. In the profile, you can view your Ski Classics event results, collect pins, print diplomas, and analyze your results with friends in the SC Ranking system. You collect points according to your performances and are rewarded with pins and diplomas in your profile.
