Norway Wins The Relay At The Junior World Championships

Norway secured first place in the 4x5km junior race at the Junior World Championships in Whistler, Canada. Results from the junior relay race.

Milla Grosberghaugen Andreassen raced the first leg for the Norwegian team that won the Junior World Championships relay.

Norway (Milla Grosberghaugen Andreassen, Lars Heggen, Tuva Anine Brusveen-Jensen, and Mathias Holbæk) took home first place today at the Junior World Championships with a total time of 51:32.7. Sweden (Lisa Eriksson, Elias Danielsson, Tove Ericsson, and Erik Bergström) finished in second place, 33.5 seconds behind the winners.

Italy (Iris De Martin Pinter, Davide Ghio, Nadine Laurent, and Aksel Artusi) finished in third place, 40.2 seconds back. 

Switzerland (Marina Kaelin, Fabrizio Albasini, Siri Wigger, Niclas Steiger) and Finland (Eevi-Inkeri Tossavainen, Eero Rantala, Elsa Torvinen, and Niko Anttola) round out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
