Team Nordic Jobs Worldwide comes from Estonia, but the team consists of international athletes. There are three skiers from Sweden, two from Finland and the rest from the motherland. The team is led by Mart Kevin Põlluste, who is an active Pro Team athlete himself with many top-50 results under his belt.

Of the 10 athletes in the team, Terhi Pollari from Finland is the most experienced long-distance skier with her 11 top-15 places in the Pro Tour since 2015. Her countryman Veli-Matti Räsänen finished 49th at Marcialonga in 2020.

The three Swedish recruits are still relatively new to the business, but Gabriel Strid finished 9th in this summer’s Båstad-Mölle roller-ski race, a Challengers event, Gustav Nordström was 20th in the 50 km National Championship race and Sofia Lindberg crossed the finish line at Alliansloppet, a Challengers roller-ski event, as the 14th best female athlete this summer.

The remaining four Estonians have various backgrounds but not much experience in Visma Ski Classics. Henri Roos participated in two races last winter and finished 47th at the season finale, Årefjällsloppet.
