Kveli and Bruvoll Winners Of Flyktningerennet

The Visma Ski Classics Challengers event Flyktningerennet took place today with a 44km race in classic technique in Nordli, Norway.

At the end of the day, the Visma Ski Classics Challengers event saw the Pro Tour skier Laila Kveli, Team Engcon, and Ole Jørgen Bruvoll, Lierne IL, win the race with great performances.

In the women’s race, Laila Kveli, Team Engcon, won ahead of Frida Hallquist, Exsitec Ski Team, in second place. Emma Jönsson, Östersund SK, completed the podium in the third position.

In the men’s competition, the winner was Ole Jørgen Bruvoll, Lierne IL, followed by Anton Elvseth, Offerdal SK, in second place, and Thomas Malony Westgård, IL Varden, in the third position.

As Flyktningerennet is a Visma Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective gender.
