The first competition of Vasaloppet’s Winter Week 2023 took place today with Vasaloppet 30, with Thomas Joly, Team Nordic Expérience, and Alva Olsson, from Sweden, being the first male and female skiers crossing the finishing portal in Mora in 2023.

Vasaloppet 30 – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner Thomas Joly, Team Nordic Expérience, completed the race in a time of 1:18:25.

Paul Combey, Team Nordic Expérience, finished in second place, with a total time of 1:18:31, followed by Arnaud Du Pasquier, also from Team Nordic Expérience, completing the podium in the third position and a time of 1:23:39.

Vasaloppet 30 – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Alva Olsson, from Sweden, with a total time of 1:44:16. 

Elin Karlsson, from Sweden, finished in second place, with a time of 1:49:13, followed by Gunilla Gräfnings, also from Sweden, with a total time of 1:51:14, and completing the podium in the third position.
